Diaries Of The Past
Your first task is to locate and read at least five diary entries of either Martha Ballard, Anne Frank, or Che Guevara. You can locate these sources in one of the libraries or through online sources -- just make sure that the source you're looking at is reliable.
(Hint: this might also be a good time to utilize a librarian.)
Study these entries carefully. Think about the people behind the diary entries rather than just the content of the entries -- how do these people think about the world? What is their writing style like? Remember these things because your next assignment is to write your own diary entry as if it is one of theirs.
